Happy Birthday Steve!

I just wanted to take a minute to remember my brother Steve. His birthday is tomorrow and he would have been turning 36! Wow, that sure makes me feel old! A little history about Steve was that he was born on July 27, 1972. He was a handful our mom would say. He was always happy, but also very mischevious and if you ever wondered what he was thinking or going to say, all you had to do was look into his big blue eyes! Steve had many friends; he could make anyone feel welcome, he was your friend if you needed one! When he was younger, our grandpa and him were "best friends" and would always go golfing. He was awesome at it! Once Steve turned 18, he decided to get into the modeling industry and soon get his real estate license. He was doing very well until tragedy came. He had just turned 20 a few months before, and was returning home from a modeling shoot in Las Vegas when him and his friend Tim were coming home and they were involved in a car accident. It was Sunday October 4th. He was transported to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center where he was in a coma for 3 days and passed away on October 7th. We had his funeral on October 10, 1992. It was very hard to bury my only brother; we were just hitting the age where we could be around each other without wanting to fight! I know he is gone in this life, but I know that we will see him again!
